Cassia Phuket stands out with its modern design, spacious accommodations, and excellent amenities, making it an ideal choice for families and seasoned travelers. I particularly appreciated the two-bedroom loft, which was perfect for my needs. The room's design was thoughtful, providing ample space and a fully equipped kitchen, which was a significant convenience. The stunning views of the lagoon and sea added a touch of tranquility to my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, situated near Bang Tao Beach with easy access via a short boat ride or a brief walk. The proximity to local shopping and dining options, combined with the serene surroundings, made my stay both convenient and enjoyable. This blend of accessibility and natural beauty is one of Cassia Phuket's strongest points.

Probably the best hotel for families I have ever been to. The rooms with kitchen are an excellent resource to cook food for the children, and the rooms are spacious enough not to feel too cramped. A nice pool with shallow waters offer the perfect play area for little children and the deeper pool does the same for us adults. Yes the space in the pool is limited, but the Cassia beach on the other side of the lagoon solves this problem. Rainy day? No problem, there is an indoor play area for the little ones. The staff is super-friendly and ready to help, and kudos to their breakfast cause they serve literally everything you could possibly desire from the first meal of the day. Absolutely fantastic!

Cassia Phuket is a great place for families. Our little boy was 2 and half years old and it was the perfect set up! The swimming pool area was very well thought out for little kids, the sand and shallow area were great. And when you wanted to venture to the beach you had the boat shuttle taking you to the beautiful beach. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. I 100% recommend for families! We had a lovely time and have so many lovely memories of our stay at Cassia!

Location and accessibility of the hotel was good; rooms were very clean and I appreciate that the trash bin is accessible to housekeeping through an outside door so they can empty it regularly; all the staff were courteous and attentive; facilities were excellent, with access to the pool and the beach; great variety of food for breakfast, especially local Thai food.

Great hotel on many dimensions. Friendly staff, perfect location close to the beach (although you need to use a shuttle boat to get there across the lake) and to shopping and restaurant areas. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean, feature a kitchenette and a balcony. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely recommend it!
